Texas Aviation Services Delivers a “Ferrari Styled” Eurocopter EC-130B4 to Mike Herzog

FORT WORTH, Texas, July 10, 2007 -- Texas Aviation Services, an industry leader in helicopter and aircraft completions, MRO and maintenance services for over 36 years, announces the delivery of a “Ferrari Styled” EC-130 to Mike Herzog, an automotive entrepreneur from Portland Oregon. Mr. Herzog collects Ferrari autos as part of his large car dealership network in Oregon, and he wanted his new helicopter to closely match the style of one of his favorite Pininfarina models. From the dramatic paint style down to the exotic interior leathers, and even the hand-stitched detail, this elegantly appointed Eurocopter takes a proud place in Mr. Herzog’s sporty collection of fast machines.

Tim Woodard, President of Texas Aviation Services said “Mike Herzog asked for the extraordinary and TAS delivered”.  In a delivery ceremony attended by the entire TAS workforce, Mr. Herzog said “I am truly amazed. Without question this helicopter completion exceeds my highest expectations.” Like all TAS completions, the Herzog “Flying Ferrari” also included state of the art cockpit instrumentation, navigation/communication/GPS equipment, and moving map equipment.
